Looking for an experienced furniture upholsterer ready for a new opportunity?
Finish Pros in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking a skilled upholsterer to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial furniture—no auto or marine. Our projects are high-quality, steady, and well-managed.

What We Offer:

• Steady work year-round in a clean, climate-controlled shop

• Pay by the piece , with full-time earnings typically ranging from $55,000 to $75,000+ per year

• Supportive and organized production management—no chaos or constant rework

• Relocation assistance available for the right candidate

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 5 years of experience in furniture upholstery (not auto or marine)

• Strong skills in spring repair, padding, fabric application, and cutting/sewing

• A reliable, detail-oriented work ethic

• Willingness to follow structured systems and contribute to a team environment

Bonus Points If You:

• Have worked on medical recliners, sofas, dining chairs, or commercial seating

• Enjoy working in a shop with high standards and clear expectations
