Director of Food and Beverage
Roaring Gap Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic hospitality professional to serve as its next Food & Beverage Director. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team deeply committed to upholding the Club’s rich traditions while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will bring strong leadership, proven success in team development, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, member-focused environment. A background in recruiting, staff training, and multi-outlet operational oversight is essential, with the flexibility to learn specialized areas such as the H2B program and other club-specific processes.
