Project Leader

IDR is seeking a Project Leader to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Charlotte, NC. This role is within a dynamic financial services environment where you'll lead multiple agile teams to deliver high-impact solutions supporting the company's strategic initiatives. The organization values strong leadership, technical fluency, and the ability to manage complex projects across cross-functional teams.

Position Overview for the Project Leader:

• Serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to product managers, portfolio owners, and senior leaders.
• Drive the successful delivery of complex, high-impact financial solutions across multiple agile teams.
• Lead planning, prioritization, and execution, managing interdependencies and delivery risks.
• Build strong partnerships and relationships with business, product, QA, UX, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Manage and mentor technical leads and engineers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements for the Project Leader:

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale projects with a high level of complexity.
• 5+ years of product management experience or engineering/technical lead.
• Experience with Finance SaaS platforms, preferably Oracle Cloud Fusion.
• Good understanding of tech stacks such as microservices, Rest APIs (e.g., Spring Boot/Java), React, Cloud (Azure preferred).
• Broad experience with SDLC, DevOps, SRE, and Quality Engineering; working knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Agile, Kanban, SAFe.
