Role Snapshot (2nd Shift)

• Own preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
• Troubleshoot issues across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC domains.
• Program, modify, and diagnose PLC/HMI systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) to support production targets.
• Precisely assemble, install, align, calibrate, rebuild, and replace machinery and components.
• Apply hand tools and precision instruments to verify tolerances and fit.
• Follow and interpret manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specs, and work orders.
• Participate in safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, and Lean initiatives.
• Coach junior maintenance team members; other tasks as assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma/equivalent; technical training preferred. About 2–3 years of relevant industrial/manufacturing experience, or equivalent training. Certifications and/or an associate degree in a related field are advantageous.
• Preferred: 3+ years with PLC/HMI configuration and programming, control circuit design/analysis/troubleshooting, software/hardware problem-solving, high-voltage electrical maintenance, and mechanical/hydraulic/pneumatic repair.

Core Capabilities

• Competence with hand, power, and specialty tools plus diagnostic equipment.
• Operational understanding of automated machinery and electro-hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings and act on work orders.
• Strong communicator and problem-solver; comfortable juggling multiple priorities at speed.
• Experienced in troubleshooting, teardown, and reassembly of manufacturing equipment with limited supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software; strong written and verbal communication.

Pay & Perks

Base pay for this role is $30.02 - $30.02 . Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $30.02 to $30.02 . Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
