Responsibilities:
- Drive top-line revenue growth by executing high-level sales strategies in fiber network markets
- Lead and coach mid-level managers, empowering teams to exceed quotas and KPIs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership on forecasting, product development, and customer retention strategies
- Manage key performance indicators like pipeline coverage, churn rate, ARPU, and forecast accuracy to ensure continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7–10+ years of senior sales leadership experience within telecom, broadband, or tech sectors
- Proven ability to manage and scale large sales teams with accountability across multiple markets
- Deep understanding of fiber and broadband segments (D2D, MDU, SMB)
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
