What You’ll Be Doing

As our Kitchen Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen while maintaining the high standards that Heist Brewery is known for. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing the kitchen staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Maintaining inventory and managing food costs to meet budgetary goals.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborating with the team to develop and execute creative, high-quality menu items.
• Monitoring food preparation to ensure consistency and excellence in every dish.

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 5 years of experience in a kitchen leadership role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a busy kitchen.
• A passion for food and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.
• A thorough understanding of kitchen operations, inventory management, and food safety standards.
