Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Active North Carolina SLP license
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Ability to work onsite; openness to future virtual/remote sessions a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain timely case documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and staff development as needed
