Key Job Details – MRI Technologist Travel Assignment

• Job Title: MRI Technologist (Travel Contract)
• Location: Greer, SC 29650 – South Carolina healthcare jobs
• Facility: Hospital – Magnetic Resonance Imaging Unit
• Assignment Type: Travel healthcare position
• Start Date: October 6, 2025
• End Date: January 5, 2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: Night shift, Monday–Friday, 4:30pm–12:00am (5 shifts/week, 7.5-hour shifts)
• Hours per Week: 40
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2400-$2460
• On-Site Position
• No on-call required

MRI Technologist Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent MRI Technologist experience in a hospital or outpatient imaging setting
• Prior travel healthcare experience required
• Certification: ARRT registered in Radiology & MRI, or ARRT registered in MRI, or ARMRIT (American Registry of MRI Technologists)
• SCRQSA certification
• Current BLS certification
• EPIC EMR experience (minimum 1 year)
• Ability to float to other qualified units/campuses as needed
• Must meet travel radius and compliance requirements

MRI Technologist Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality MRI scans according to physician orders and hospital protocols
• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout the imaging process
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot MRI equipment
• Accurately document imaging procedures and patient information in the EMR
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Float to other qualified units or campuses within the health system as required
• Complete orientation and required training modules prior to assignment start
