Executive Assistant

The Assistant will provide administrative support to the Office Managing Partner of the Charlotte office as well as a group of attorneys at the Firm.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain heavy calendar and deadline reminder systems; Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Read, sort and prioritize incoming email.
- Make travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage expense reimbursements by using Emburse.
- Input attorney time entries into InTapp system; work closely with Billing Department.
- Work closely with other departments within the Firm.
- Responsible for input of correspondence, memoranda, legal documents and forms utilizing MSWord.
- Screen telephone calls, accurately recording and relaying telephone message.
- Observe confidentiality of client and Firm matters.
- Maintain department files.
- Operate standard office equipment including copiers and scanners.
- Perform other related duties, as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Approximately 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to proofread typed material for grammatical, typographical and spelling errors.
- Necessary interpersonal skills and superior command of English language in order to communicate and follow instruction effectively.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Availability to work overtime when needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
