This is not a traditional office position. It's an operations leadership role at the center of everything we do—supporting families, coordinating caregivers, solving problems, and helping ensure exceptional care is delivered every day.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and last-minute staffing changes with urgency and professionalism
• Serve as one of the first points of contact for clients, families, caregivers, hospitals, and referral partners
• Support new client inquiries and create a compassionate, professional first impression
• Keep daily operations running smoothly through documentation, communication, follow-up, and administrative coordination
• Anticipate operational challenges and resolve issues before they affect client care
• Build strong relationships with caregivers while promoting accountability and exceptional service
• Participate in a rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule as part of the leadership team
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen agency operations
• Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the agency

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in home care operations, caregiver scheduling, staffing coordination, healthcare administration, and/or office management
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Calm under pressure and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Professional, confident, and compassionate communicator
• Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and enjoys solving problems
• Technology proficient and comfortable learning new systems
• Passionate about serving seniors, supporting caregivers, and building a positive team culture
