Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role offers a well-balanced schedule, working four days a week for a total of 32 hours, and includes serving a caseload of 37 students across three nearby sites. Your expertise will help children develop the skills they need to thrive academically and socially.

Qualifications:

• Current and active Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina (NC OT license required)
• Experience delivering OT services in a school environment strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of IEP implementation and documentation
• Comfortable managing a diverse caseload of preschool through elementary-age students
• Strong communication and collaborative skills with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality OT evaluations, treatments, and interventions for students in preschool to grade 5
• Develop individualized plans to promote student participation and independence in daily school activities
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings as needed
• Travel between three assigned locations as part of regular duties, ensuring consistency in student support
