Process Delivery Specialist
Process Delivery Specialist Location Research Triangle Park, NC : Introduction At IBM, our Project Managers excel by leading and coordinating a project team's overall performance, scope, cost, and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports, and as Project Manager, you will drive the charge with project direction, metric definition, and performance management. Your Role and Responsibilities This role is required to conduct daily process transactions, develop and implement process and operational improvements to meet client and IBM requirements. These professionals require skills in business operations, process management and compliance and an understanding of the process best practices and tools to execute their client's core business processes. Uses judgment in choosing task-routine. Provide assistance to customers regarding their business accounts and other areas as needed. Answering incoming calls and responding to incoming email and voicemail. Required Technical and Professional Expertise Prior Customer Service, Call Center and A/P or A/R experience. Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills. Strong team and organizational skills. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise Four-year degree in Accounting or Business discipline. Excellent PC and Microsoft Application skills. Location StatementSupplemental 1 employees may be eligible for up to 8 paid holidays, minimum of 56 hours paid sick time and the IBM Employee Stock Purchase Plan. IBM offers paid family medical leave and disability benefits to eligible employees where required by applicable law. The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
