Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Cornelius office. This is an in-office role where you’ll be the voice of NuBlue — welcoming customers, supporting technicians, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do

• Achieve strong booking rates by building value in our technicians and services
• Communicate with professionalism and empathy across phone, email, and online portals
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and care
• Accurately document concerns, requests, and updates in our software systems
• Navigate call scripts while personalizing each customer experience
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service processes
• Escalate customer issues to the right teams quickly and effectively
• Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1:1s

What You Bring

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails daily
• Attentive, friendly, and patient demeanor
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• A proven track record of reliability and attendance
• Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
