Now, we’re looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Cornelius office. This is an in-office role where you’ll be the voice of NuBlue — welcoming customers, supporting technicians, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You’ll Do
- Achieve strong booking rates by building value in our technicians and services
- Communicate with professionalism and empathy across phone, email, and online portals
- Manage both inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and care
- Accurately document concerns, requests, and updates in our software systems
- Navigate call scripts while personalizing each customer experience
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to improve service processes
- Escalate customer issues to the right teams quickly and effectively
- Actively participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1:1s
What You Bring
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls and emails daily
- Attentive, friendly, and patient demeanor
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- A proven track record of reliability and attendance
- Team-oriented attitude with a desire to learn and grow
