Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Onsite Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our onsite activities. This role is vital in managing daily site functions, coordinating with various departments, and supporting talent acquisition efforts. As an Onsite Coordinator, you will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency, supporting HR initiatives, and enhancing employee engagement at the physical location.

Duties

• Oversee daily onsite operations, ensuring all activities align with company policies and safety standards
• Coordinate onboarding sessions, employee orientation, and exit procedures to facilitate seamless talent management
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to support site functions
• Assist in recruitment efforts by scheduling interviews, conducting initial candidate screenings, and supporting campus recruitment initiatives
• Utilize talent management software and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)
• Support HR sourcing efforts through social media marketing campaigns and cold calling to attract top talent
• Ensure compliance with employment law, HR legal standards, and labor regulations across all onsite activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting, including full cycle recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to manage relationships effectively
• Knowledge of employment law in talent management and HR legal compliance standards
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes and lead generation strategies
• Demonstrated ability to conduct interviews, employee evaluations, and employee relations activities
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage contracts, employee orientation programs, and training & development initiatives
