Real McCoy’s is a sports bar in Wake Forest, NC offering an elevated menu, diverse dining experiences throughout the week, and a culture that treats our guests and staff like family. We are an established staple in our community, serving customers since 2013 and attracting a wide range of committed regulars and repeat guests. We’ve built this customer base by offering differing dining experience across the week. We provide a high quality and quick lunch menu, family friendly dinner service, trivia on Thursdays, Live music on Fridays and Saturdays, and Brunch on Sundays.

We are looking for a new server to join our family. Our ideal candidate is reliable, a team player, and, most importantly, ready to provide an exceptional guest experience. Offering 52 taps and a very robust liquor menu, candidates should come with an understanding of alcohol or the readiness to learn. Our regularly changing chef-inspired features and seasonal menus mean candidates need to be able to adjust to changes in the menu and speak to our fresh, high-quality food.

• Ability to work with a team.
• Delivering a great guest experience

Qualifications

• Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
• Ability to multitask efficiently.
• Ability to work in a high volume / environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Private party or banquet service skills are a plus but not required.
• Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter are a plus but not required.
