What You’ll Do:

As a QP Facilitator on the High-Fidelity Wraparound team, you will build and lead the Child and Family Team (CFT) to support youth on a mission to stay “at home, in school, and out of trouble.” You will coordinate team activities to achieve this goal while providing direct support and education to families and team members. Using a strengths-based approach, you will guide the family in accomplishing objectives outlined in the Family Plan and ensure accurate documentation in the UNCG database. You will embody the Wraparound philosophy of “Whatever it takes” to meet the unique needs of youth and families, driving meaningful, lasting success.

You’ll earn a competitive hourly salary between $43,680- $52,000 based on your experience and join a growing team making a difference in our community. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule primarily during business hours, but does include 3-7 pm to accommodate the family’s schedules as needed. What We’re Looking For:

To join our team, you must be able to provide care in the community and the homes of families, participate in the crisis phone support rotation, have strong communication skills, and be able to link clients to community resources. We also require the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
  • Must meet the NC Qualified Professional requirements, including education and experience with the population served
  • A valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
