Our client, a leader in advanced manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Mebane, NC

Pay Range: $24$35/hour + Shift Differential

Shift: Multiple shifts available including 2nd, 3rd, and weekend shifts

What's the Job?

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Lathe and/or 5-axis milling machines to produce high-quality components.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.
• Adjust CNC programs and machine setups; document all changes for traceability.
• Collaborate with Engineering to optimize machining techniques and tooling for efficiency and precision.
• Operate multiple machines efficiently and safely, tracking production metrics using manufacturing reporting systems.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience with CNC Lathe and/or 5-axis milling equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong CNC programming and machining knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
