Technology Implementation Manager

The Technology Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the successful deployment and adoption of Everblue’s software solutions. This role serves as the bridge between clients, internal teams, and technology, ensuring implementations are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned with documented requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple implementations in parallel. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Everblue software solutions for new and existing clients
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
- Configure systems, workflows, and integrations to meet client and compliance needs
- Develop and manage implementation plans, timelines, and deliverables
- Serve as the primary client point of contact during implementation and early adoption
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and operations teams to resolve issues
- Conduct client training and provide implementation documentation
- Identify risks, scope changes, and dependencies and communicate proactively
- Support handoff to operations and customer support teams post-implementation
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, technical project management, or systems deployment
- Experience working directly with clients in a SaaS or professional services environment
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience translating business processes into system configurations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with compliance-driven or workflow-based software platforms
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project and ticket management tools
- Experience supporting government, training, or certification-based programs
