About the Opportunity

• Surgical Volume: 2,500+ annual cataract and refractive cases, including blade-free cataract surgery with ORA.

• Technology: In-house LASIK Center with the Alcon Wavelight suite (FS200 & EX500 with Sightmap, Vario analyzer, and Wavenet system).

• Growth Path: Expect 500 - 750 cataract, MIGS, and refractive cases in year one, scaling to 2,000+ cases annually within three years.

• Specialties: We welcome both cataract/refractive surgeons and retina surgeons ready to transition into, or grow within, private practice.

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO with completion of ophthalmology residency

• ABO Board Certified or Board Eligible

• Proficiency in English (Spanish fluency is a plus)

• Strong surgical and leadership skills, with a commitment to clinical excellence
