Position Summary:
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)is responsible for the overall operation of the facility, including clinical oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and team leadership. The Administrator will ensure the facility operates in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations while maintaining established standards of care and operational expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct overall facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
• Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations governing long-term care and assisted living services
• Oversee budgeting, financial performance, and census development
• Lead, develop, and manage department heads and facility staff
• Monitor quality measures, survey readiness, and performance improvement initiatives
• Establish and maintain relationships with referral sources and community stakeholders
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels and operational efficiency across all departments
• Maintain accountability for resident satisfaction and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license in the state of North Carolina (or eligibility for reciprocity)
• Prior experience as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing operations within a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, survey process, and reimbursement structures
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple operational priorities
