Psychiatrist With Child/Adolescent Experience - Crisis Services - Full/Part Time
About the Opportunity
Monarch is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist with Child and Adolescent experience to join our team at the brand-new Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center , opening June 2026 in Concord, NC (Cabarrus County, just north of Charlotte).
This state-of-the-art, 60,000 sq. ft. facility will provide comprehensive behavioral health services, including a 24-bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF) for children/adolescents, a 16-bed Facility-Based Crisis (FBC) program for children/adolescents, and a Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) serving children/adolescents and adults.
Position Details
Flexible schedule: Full-time or Part-time options available
20 hours/week with the PRTF and 20 hours/week with the FBC
Strong preference for onsite work during program launch, with potential for hybrid onsite/remote once established
Ideal candidate: Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist or General Psychiatrist with youth treatment experience
Additional training in Addiction Medicine is a plus
