募集ポジション: 経営幹部候補／シニア・マネジャー（将来のCEO候補）※トルコ現地法人での採用となります。
業務内容:
- トルコ現地法人の経営管理全般
- 財務・会計・管理会計の統括
- 生産・物流・営業各部門との連携
- 本社との連携、経営レポーティング
- 将来的にはCEOとして現地法人の運営全般をリード
求める人物像：
- 会計・経営管理の実務に強く、製造業や生産系企業での経験をお持ちの方
- 種子・種苗、農業ビジネスに精通している方
- トルコでの就業経験があり、現地事情に精通している方（業界不問）
勤務地: トルコ・イスタンブール
語学力:
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル必須
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（現地社員・海外本社とのやり取りに必要）
- トルコ語：尚可（必須ではありません）
