Restaurant Front of House Manager

Restaurant Front of House Manager Location Charlotte, NC (North Lake area) :

We are looking for reliable candidates with supervisory , minimum of 2 years of restaurant front house manager experience. Experience in casual full bar dining restaurants in preferred.

The manager must be able to motivate and positively influence staff. A top candidate for this position must have strong leadership and organizational skills. The manger should be firm, but also approachable.

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures.
• Maintaining safety and food quality standards.
• Delegating daily tasks. Supervising front staff's daily shift operations.
• Addressing any issues in a timely fashion, getting customers feedback on the experience and handling complaints.
• Organizing schedules, keeping track of employee's hours and recording payroll data.
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
• Setting a good example for staffs.

Pay: $58000 - $62500/ year
