Inventory Analyst

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs inventory reconciliation investigations, utilizing D365, 3PL transaction reports, and additional information to document reasons for discrepancies
- Resolves inventory reconciliations discrepancies in D365 (transacting batch flips, performing inventory adjustments, etc.) or by working with external manufacturing reps, planners, warehousing/contract manufacturing site personnel, to ensure inventory accuracy between the site and D365
- Performs data cleansing of 3PL reported count sheets for preparation of Reconciliation tool
- Creating the monthly master inventory reconciliation file for analysis and reporting
- Responsible for analysis and updating weekly status reports for inventory reconciliation
- Develops and performs analysis, pulls data, and distributes reporting, as needed
- Responsible to maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Supports warehousing team with day-to-day functions in D365, as needed
- Supports inventory management projects, as needed
- Helps fix shipments so that there is the correct inventory being shipped out per FEFO (first expired, first out) when issues arrive
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred) or minimum of 6 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, inventory management, or related field- Knowledge of inventory control and reconciliation processes
- Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (required) - comfortable with
