This opportunity supports a front office trading technology portfolio within a financial services environment focused on capital markets delivery. The team works across trading-aligned technology, product, project delivery, and business stakeholders supporting complex derivatives, fixed income, and rates-related initiatives. This role is best suited for a senior Agile professional with deep front office trading knowledge, strong project management discipline, and the ability to facilitate meaningful conversations across business and technology teams in a scaled Agile environment.

This is a hybrid opportunity requiring onsite collaboration three days per week. The role offers exposure to a high-visibility front office technology portfolio where Agile delivery, trading domain fluency, and stakeholder facilitation are critical. Engagement: W2 only, no C2C/1099.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Lead Agile delivery across front office trading technology teams supporting capital markets initiatives.
• Facilitate conversations between trading-aligned business stakeholders, product, engineering, project teams, and operational partners.
• Support delivery across derivatives trading, fixed income, rates, and related capital markets technology workstreams.
• Apply Scaled Agile practices to coordinate delivery across teams, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder expectations.
• Bring PM discipline to Agile execution, including planning, status visibility, RAID tracking, timelines, dependencies, and delivery governance.
• Use Jira and Confluence to support sprint execution, reporting, backlog transparency, documentation, and cross-team alignment.
• Help connect front office trading priorities with downstream impacts across middle and back office functions.
• Drive accountability and structure without becoming a passive coordinator or middleman.

Do you bring proven success leading Agile delivery for front office derivatives trading technology?

• Senior Scrum Master, Agile Lead, or Agile Project Manager experience in financial services.
• Strong front office trading experience required.
• Heavy derivatives trading exposure required; fixed income and rates experience strongly preferred.
• Capital markets technology experience supporting trading-aligned stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Certified Scaled Agile experience required.
• Project management background required, with the ability to manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery in scaled, enterprise environments.
• Ability to facilitate business and technology discussions, not just collect updates or relay information.
• Working knowledge of downstream trade lifecycle, middle office, and back office impacts.
• Strong Jira, Confluence, reporting, metrics, and delivery visibility experience.
• Comfortable working onsite three days per week.
