Automotive Mobile Service Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to help schedule, support, and manage our mobile service operations. The Automotive Mobile Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our customers and technicians by coordinating mobile service appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling, and providing excellent communication throughout the service process. Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm mobile service appointments for customers.
• Coordinate daily service routes and dispatch mobile technicians efficiently.
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment details, service updates, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and completed services.
• Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Monitor technician progress throughout the day to ensure on-time arrivals and service completion.
• Support dealership service goals by promoting additional services and maintenance when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive service, dispatching, customer service, or scheduling preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email).
• Comfortable with technology, scheduling software, and dealership systems.
• Positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
