Automotive Mobile Service Coordinator

We’re looking for an organized and customer-focused Mobile Service Coordinator to help schedule, support, and manage our mobile service operations. The Automotive Mobile Service Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our customers and technicians by coordinating mobile service appointments, ensuring accurate scheduling, and providing excellent communication throughout the service process. - Schedule and confirm mobile service appointments for customers.
- Coordinate daily service routes and dispatch mobile technicians efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding appointment details, service updates, and follow-up needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and completed services.
- Work closely with service advisors and technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day to ensure on-time arrivals and service completion.
- Support dealership service goals by promoting additional services and maintenance when appropriate.
- Previous experience in automotive service, dispatching, customer service, or scheduling preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills (phone, text, and email).
- Comfortable with technology, scheduling software, and dealership systems.
- Positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Punctual, reliable and eager to improve
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
