The Opportunity

As the Proposal Coordinator , you will have the opportuntiy to:

• Coordinate and handle the less complex RFPs, execute directions from PM and other SMEs
• Contribute to the success of quality outputs and enforcing brand, written content and accuracy
• Tailor resumes for appropriate subject matter
• Run queries and be adept at using PEL, PW
• Drive best practice and timely responses with a diverse team of SMEs
• Meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements
• Familiar/usability with InDesign and PowerPoint

The Team

Black & Veatch’s Business Enablement consists of critical groups that help enable the organizations people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible. Functions in this group include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.

Key Responsibilities

• RFP organization and planning.
• Proposal file setup and management.
• Proposal Client Messages oganization, dissemination and tracking.
• Meeting coordination.
• Meeting minutes and action item list maintenance, distribution and follow-up.
• Proposal Team Contact distribution list creation and maintenance.
• Proposal status tracking and distribution.
• Standard Proposal document creation and development.
• Support proposal creation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred. InDesign and PPT experience a plus.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 2+ years related experience

Work Environment/Physical Demands

• Normal office environment
• Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
