As the Proposal Coordinator , you will have the opportuntiy to:
- Coordinate and handle the less complex RFPs, execute directions from PM and other SMEs
- Contribute to the success of quality outputs and enforcing brand, written content and accuracy
- Tailor resumes for appropriate subject matter
- Run queries and be adept at using PEL, PW
- Drive best practice and timely responses with a diverse team of SMEs
- Meet deadlines and drive schedule to achieve delivery requirements
- Familiar/usability with InDesign and PowerPoint
The Team
Black & Veatch’s Business Enablement consists of critical groups that help enable the organizations people, projects, and businesses to be as successful as possible. Functions in this group include Digital & Information Technology, Global Finance, Global Human Resources, Legal, Risk Management, and Government Affairs and Real Estate and Building Services.
Key Responsibilities
- RFP organization and planning.
- Proposal file setup and management.
- Proposal Client Messages oganization, dissemination and tracking.
- Meeting coordination.
- Meeting minutes and action item list maintenance, distribution and follow-up.
- Proposal Team Contact distribution list creation and maintenance.
- Proposal status tracking and distribution.
- Standard Proposal document creation and development.
- Support proposal creation.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. InDesign and PPT experience a plus.

- Able to manage tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
- 2+ years related experience
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Normal office environment
- Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days of employment based upon manager discretion, job performance and work assignments.
