Digital Learning Developer
Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop training programs for hybrid delivery (virtual and in-person).
- Create e-learning modules and multimedia content using tools such as Articulate Storyline or Captivate.
- Manage and maintain content within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend targeted training solutions.
- Evaluate program effectiveness through data and feedback.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to align learning objectives with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with ADA, EEO, and regulatory standards.
- Apply adult learning principles and inclusive teaching methods.
- Develop dashboards to monitor Medical Affairs QMS performance metrics.
Experience Required
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or adult learning.
- Experience in the medical device or regulated industry preferred.
- Prior exposure to e-learning design and LMS administration required.
Skills & Certifications
- Proficiency in instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Bloom’s taxonomy).
- Skilled in e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Strong multimedia development and project management skills.
- Excellent collaboration, organization, and communication abilities.
- Analytical mindset with ability to evaluate learning outcomes and performance metrics.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Education, or related field.
- PMP certification is a plus.
