Overview

We’re looking for an Insurance Placement Representative to join our team at Arthur J. Gallagher. In this role, you’ll support our Customer Marketing Team by helping with administrative tasks and developing your skills in sales and marketing. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

How you'll make an impact

• Help create and produce sales, marketing, and packaging materials.
• Assist with advertising schedules and placement.
• Compile and produce sales and marketing reports.
• Track and maintain inventory of marketing materials, artwork, and files.
• Keep marketing literature and archives organized and up to date.
• Learn and grow by performing standard work assignments.

About You

Required: High School diploma or equivalent; 3 years work experience required.

Preferred: Prior experience in the financial services or insurance brokerage industry is a plus.

Behaviors: Excellent interpersonal skills, including listening, verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
