GLS Staffing is hiring Production Workers / Concrete Patchers for a precast concrete facility in Denver, NC.
Responsibilities
- Patch cracks, holes, and surface defects on precast concrete panels.
- Strip and prepare concrete forms for production.
- Stain or paint panels as needed.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions and on ladders when required.
Requirements
- Steel-toe boots required.
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors year-round.
- Experience with concrete, construction, carpentry, or manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints is a plus.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Overtime available
- Temp-to-Hire
- Benefits available upon permanent hire
