Folding Equipment Operator & Quality Finishing Associate

When your shift begins, you set up and dial in the folding machines, verifying settings and monitoring performance. As product moves through the line, you catch, inspect, and confirm quality standards before it heads to its next stop. You make quick adjustments, handle routine upkeep, and keep the area tidy so the team can safely hit production goals—every time.
What You'll Do
- Run and oversee folding equipment for reliable, efficient output.
- Catch finished pieces, checking fold quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and complete routine maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with teammates to meet targets and deadlines.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety practices.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
What You'll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Hands-on experience in machine operation or manufacturing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
- Comfort lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for long periods.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime as needed.
