1st Shift - 5:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Thursday

Pay Rate $17.71/hr

Pay Grade: HRJ003

Now hiring for an Assembler III at our Jacksonville, North Carolina Plant. As an Assembler you will build and assemble products and their parts, often in a manufacturing setting. You will use drawings and/or other plans to follow assembly instructions and attach parts to create the finished product.

Responsibilities:

  • Construct and fasten parts, sub-assemblies, and components by reading and comprehending written instructions to properly assemble products that meet company standards in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Operate various machinery such as hand tools, power tools, and other equipment.
  • Utilize shop math to measure and cut materials as required.
  • Inspect products and verify quality specifications by measuring completed components.
  • Resolve assembly problems by adjusting dimensions or notifying a supervisor.
  • Ensure safety protocols are followed on the assembly line.
  • Will lean and understand production processes.
  • Ensure that all safety procedures are followed
  • Ensure that all production goals are met
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work with your hands, have good manual dexterity and work with basic hand and power tools.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
  • High attention to detail.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 6 months of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
