Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Operations
- Lead and manage survey field and office teams, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and performance oversight

Project & Technical Oversight

- Solid understanding of risk management and loss prevention
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated leadership style
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable MVR

Why This Opportunity Stands Out
- Leadership role with direct influence over transportation survey growth in North Carolina
- Strong emphasis on NCDOT work and long-term client relationships
- Backed by a stable, multi-discipline firm with regional and national recognition
- Competitive compensation and excellent benefits package, including:
- Annual performance reviews and discretionary bonuses
