The Role
As the Office & Financial Manager, you’ll oversee a mix of office operations and finance responsibilities. Your work will directly impact the success and efficiency of our operations while helping us navigate our next phase of growth.

• Office Operations : Manage office tasks like scheduling, supplies, and document management.
• Financial Management : Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure our financial health.
• Team Support : Assist with administrative support and communicate effectively with team members.
• Customer Service : Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing excellent service.
• Accounting Support : Assist with invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll processing.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : 3+ years in office management or financial roles. Landscape experience is a plus.
