As a Site Infrastructure Technician for our residential trailer park in Charlotte, NC, you’ll safeguard the systems that power daily life—heating and cooling, water, and electricity—so residents and staff can count on them without a second thought.
Your Impact
- Maintain and repair core infrastructure systems: HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
- Perform scheduled inspections, flagging and fixing issues proactively.
- Jump on maintenance requests with urgency and resolve them to a high standard.
- Create and maintain precise records of repairs, parts, and maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized or large-scale work.
- Prepare facilities for meetings and events and restore spaces afterward.
- Champion safety compliance and a tidy, safe working environment.
What Sets You Up for Success
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical credentials are a plus.
- Experience in facilities maintenance or a comparable trade environment.
- Comprehensive familiarity with building systems—HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
- Resourceful problem-solver with strong attention to detail.
- Team player who can also work autonomously.
- Clear communicator with a customer-centric attitude.
- Physically able to lift heavy materials and handle demanding tasks.
