Travel Support Representative (Part-time) -
We are looking for a Travel Support Representative to support clients with travel-related inquiries and provide a smooth and professional customer experience.
This is a remote, part-time position ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, communicating online, and assisting customers throughout their travel planning process.
In this role, you will help clients explore travel options, answer questions, and provide support before and during the booking process. You will play an important role in ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel planning and general inquiries
Communicate with customers via email, chat, and other digital platforms
Provide accurate information about travel services and options
Support customers throughout the booking process
Maintain professional and timely communication
Requirements
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic familiarity with digital tools and online communication
Customer service experience is a plus
