**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the financial institution location and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible presence.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.
+ Collaborate with onsite personnel and/or law enforcement when required for incident resolution.
+ Maintain detailed logs and reports of all activities and incidents.
+ Support a secure environment for employees, visitors, and property by following established protocols and guidelines.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
