What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member , you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A, creating positive experiences for our guests through world-class hospitality. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly service
• Creating emotional connections through excellent customer interaction
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensuring food is served quickly and meets quality standards
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
• Following all health, safety, and brand standards
• Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive work environment

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
