Salary Range: Up to $18.00 hourly + benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. Responsibilities: In addition to delivering extraordinary service on calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, you may:

• Process credit card payments over the phone or via Storefront for new and existing customers.
• Provide excellent care
• Assist with any customer issues
• Document any phone calls and actions in the data base.
• Perform opening and closing duties of Storefront lobby.
• Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.
• Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
• Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone

Qualifications: What We Look for in a Candidate:

• 18 years or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
• Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us.
