We are seeking an experienced Architectural Construction Administrator to join our team in Matthews, NC. This full-time role requires a professional with a minimum of two years of experience in managing the administrative side of construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing critical project forms, communicating with key stakeholders, and ensuring all documentation is accurate from start to finish.
Core Responsibilities
- Administrative Management: Once project has been bid, you will be the central point for managing and processing construction project forms , including Certificates for Payments, Change Order Proposals, and Change Directives.
- Document Verification: You will meticulously log and verify all submittals and change requests, ensuring that proper backup is included and that all financial details match the contract documents.
- Communication: You will serve as a contact for communicating with Architects, Consultants and some Owners regarding Change Proposals Request, Certificate for Payments, and Change Directives.
- Project Closeout: You will oversee the complete project closeout process, verifying that all necessary documents are received and correct before final pay applications are submitted.
- Drafting Support: You will use your experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe to assist in drafting plans as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as an Architectural Construction Administrator or a similar role.
- Proven proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe .
- Exceptional organizational skills and a strong eye for detail.
Administrative Management:
- Following a successful bid, you will take the lead on all project-related paperwork. This includes processing essential forms like Certificates for Payments, Change Order Proposals, and Change Directives.
Compensation & Workplace
- The salary for this position ranges from $50,000 to $85,000 annually, depending on experience. We also offer medical insurance and paid time off after one year of employment. We pride ourselves on having a great team and a culture of retention.
