Salary: $240,000 - $260,000/yr (negotiable).
Position Overview:
We are seeking an Internist / Family Medicine Physician in Highlands, NC 28741 to join a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive primary care.

Qualifications:
- MD/DO from an accredited medical school.
- Active North Carolina medical license.
- Board Certified/Eligible (IM or FM).

- EHR & telehealth proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care for acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop preventive and long-term care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in telehealth triage (limited weekends).
- Maintain accurate documentation.
