The Client Data and Onboarding (CDO) organization comprises three primary teams:
Client Facilitation
AML/KYC
Client Data & Account Maintenance
The Client Facilitation team serves as a liaison between external clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to all operational, compliance, regulatory, and internal policy requirements throughout the onboarding process. This function plays a strategic role in defining the future-state vision for process improvement and technology modernization.
Currently, the client onboarding process is initiated by multiple teams across the organization and managed within the U.S. The long-term goal is to establish a centralized global model with regional representation in London and Asia, supported by redesigned operations and a unified workflow tool to enhance transparency, accountability, KPIs, and metrics.
Role Summary
The Client Onboarding (COB) Facilitator reports to the Client Onboarding Facilitator Manager within Operations and will be based in Charlotte, NC.
This role acts as a subject matter expert (SME) across multiple business lines, including FX, Rates, Prime Services, Futures Clearing Merchant, Fixed Income, Loan Sales, and Equities.
The COB Facilitator is responsible for:
Delivering high standards of client service while maintaining full compliance with internal risk and external regulatory standards.
Gathering client profile evidence through documentary and non-documentary means using internal and external data sources.
Initiating the client onboarding process, entering data into onboarding systems, and coordinating with internal teams (Regulatory Due Diligence, Client Due Diligence, Client Maintenance, Legal, Compliance, etc.).
Tracking onboarding progress and providing status updates to initiators.
Control Focus
The COB Facilitator must:
Demonstrate strict adherence to all relevant internal and external policies, regulations, and controls.
Maintain and enhance the organization’s internal control standards, implementing new controls and addressing audit findings promptly.
Understand and manage operational risks associated with the role.
Possess a strong grasp of key regulatory frameworks, including FATCA, Dodd-Frank, EMIR, OFAC, the Patriot Act, SEC, CFTC, and FINRA.

Pay Range: $55-$60/hr on W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
