The Entry Level Event Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting our team in the execution of various events, ranging from corporate gatherings to promotional activities. Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of events such as conferences, trade shows, and promotional events.
• Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment rentals.
• Manage attendee registrations and maintain accurate participant databases.
• Create event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Work closely with vendors to secure necessary materials and services for event success.
• Assist with marketing efforts and promotional activities to boost event attendance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle unexpected challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed for events.
