Service Lane Concierge
We are seeking a friendly and professional Service Lane Concierge to enhance the customer experience at our automotive service center. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth, efficient process during vehicle servicing. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures for vehicle service appointments
- Provide accurate information regarding service procedures, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely and efficient vehicle servicing
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized service lane area to promote a welcoming environment
- Document customer interactions and service details accurately in the system
- Support the overall flow of the service department to enhance customer satisfaction
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused attitude with a professional demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of automotive services and terminology is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
