A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator located in Four Oaks, NC. The Warehouse Forklift Operator would be working for a major company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Compensation

• The pay for this position is $15.50 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Forklift Operator Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• The required availability for this position is M-F 6am to 2:30pm

Warehouse Forklift Operator Responsibilities

Uses a variety of equipment such as forklifts, conveyers, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks to move materials, parts, assemblies and finished products or goods within a plant, office or warehouse. May maintain records. Develops skills in basic tasks, techniques and procedures within one skill area / process / method. Applies basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks consisting of prescribed steps. Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines. Works under general to limited supervision.

Warehouse Forklift Operator Requirements

• 0-1+ years of Forklift experience
• 1+ years of Warehouse or related experience
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Strong Computer skills, including e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet and web-based programs
• Effective orally and in writing communication, experience with motivational interviewing preferably

Warehouse Forklift Operator Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Warehouse Forklift Operator within a medical manufacturing environment
