Technical Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in Charlotte, NC. This role requires deep technical leadership to design scalable Salesforce solutions and guide offshore teams while ensuring high‑quality delivery across Sales and Service Cloud .

Rate Range: $75/hour to $84/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

• Serve as the onsite Salesforce Technical Lead, acting as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and delivery teams.

• Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to offshore teams, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and coding standards.

• Lead requirement discussions, solution design workshops, and technical walkthroughs with business partners.

• Manage and optimize integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.

• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery—including design, development, code reviews, deployments, and post‑go‑live support—while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).

• 10–12 years overall IT experience with a minimum of 8+ years in hands‑on Salesforce development.

• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, Flows, and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware).

• Proven experience leading onsite–offshore delivery models and working directly with Director‑level stakeholders in regulated environments (Life Sciences/Healthcare).

Pay Details: $75.00 to $84.00 per hour
