Job Duties: ~Responsible for delivering the highest quality of food in terms of freshness and taste. ~Adhere to all food safety guidelines at all times. ~Prepare, warm and/or cook hot & cold breakfast buffet food items as required by Marriott International and CMC Hotels. ~Provide superior guest service. ~Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area. Job Requirements: ~Previous hospitality or food service experience is highly desirable. ~MUST be friendly, outgoing, and willing to engage guests in conversation. ~Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. ~Clean background check ~Ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight is necessary. ~Ability to handle comments and suggestions. ~ServSafe certified a plus.
