We are seeking a talented and motivated Independent Hairstylist to join our salon community. As an independent stylist, you will operate your own business within our salon space, providing clients with high-quality hair services while maintaining the freedom and flexibility of self-employment.

We pride ourselves on using high quality, clean beauty products. Eufora color and product line offers versatility in color and styling while having clean ingredients that ensure the health of the hair. Education is top priority and will be offered to every stylist at Salon Blume. All products are provided for stylists to use on their clients during a service and to retail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and extensions (based on personal skill set).

• Build and manage your own clientele while also serving walk-ins or referrals when available.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation in compliance with salon and state regulations.

• Manage your own booking, scheduling with a booking system provided by salon owner and payment systems (POS, online booking, etc.) Provided by stylist.

• Purchase and maintain personal tools, supplies, and retail products for client use.

• Promote your services through marketing, social media, and networking.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

• Adhere to state cosmetology licensing requirements and ongoing education standards.

Qualifications

• Valid state cosmetology license.

• Proven hairstyling experience (minimum [X] years preferred).

• Strong knowledge of current trends, techniques, and hair care products.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated, reliable, and entrepreneurial mindset.

• Ability to manage your own business operations, including scheduling, pricing, and marketing.
