Job Summary

If you're interested in an Entry Level Scientist job , then this is the best role for you ! This role p erforms laboratory activities and executes studies as part of the CMCT Labs in support of life cycle management activities for launch and commercial products.

Job Description

• Executes purification process development studies following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and laboratory batch records (LBRs).
• Follows laboratory safety protocols.
• Documents experimental procedures, observations, and outcomes in lab notebooks and digital databases.
• Collaborates with development scientists and cross-functional team members.
• Maintains and monitors equipment and may troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Works with minimal supervision after completing training.

Skills Required

• Comfortable with routine laboratory operations and documentation systems such as BPRs and SOPs.
• Excellent record-keeping and communication skills.
• General knowledge of laboratory techniques used in protein purification.
• Hands-on experience (1–2 years) with AKTA Explorer/Pure liquid chromatography systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot common issues encountered during routine laboratory operations.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA).

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a drug screening and criminal background check
• Work schedule is 8:00 AM
• Ability to work independently after training.
• Adherence to laboratory safety and documentation standards.

Pay Rate/Salary

• Estimated Salary: $40.94 to $48.98 per hour based on qualifications.
