Senior Product Manager Technical:

We are currently searching for a Senior Product Manager – Technical:

Responsibilities:

• Act as the voice of the customer, working closely with squads to deliver maximum value across the Agile portfolio.
• Collaborate with delivery, engineering, and product teams to define strategies, roadmap plans, design choices, and technical backlogs.
• Dive deep into the tech stack, integration patterns, and enterprise capabilities to propose technical solutions to customer challenges.
• Translate technical requirements into business goals and align stakeholders on delivery priorities.
• Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives across teams.
• Convert stakeholder needs into actionable product backlogs and make trade-offs to prioritize high-impact features.
• Communicate effectively with executives, peers, and cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on technical products and cloud-native platforms.
• Experience building scalable platform solutions and understanding platform technologies.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to analyze logs and APIs.
• Experience operating in Agile delivery models (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong background in working with developer-focused solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to plan and manage sprints.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Desired:

• Solid engineering background.
• Hands-on experience with APIs and backend technologies.
• Experience with product/platform strategy at an enterprise level.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.

Languages:

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
